We would like to share an important update regarding recent VPS and hosting orders.

Due to the ongoing Iran–U.S. conflict and the resulting network restrictions, international connectivity for Iran-based services has been severely affected. As a result, our network has temporarily become accessible only from within Iran.

Because of this situation, we were unable to provision new VPS and hosting orders placed during this period.

Any VPS or hosting plan ordered during this time has not been provisioned, and we have issued a full refund as credit to the customer’s client account. Once international network connectivity is restored, this credit can be used to place new orders or applied toward future service renewals.

Customers who already had an active VPS before this issue began will continue to have their VPS running without interruption. However, these services may currently only be accessible from within Iran and may not be reachable through the international internet.

We understand that this situation may have caused concern, especially for new customers placing their first order with us. We want to make it clear that this is not a scam or an attempt to mislead customers (We received lots of hateful comments and threats). The disruption is the result of external network restrictions beyond our control, and it has directly affected our ability to provision and deliver new services.

That said, we take full responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Customers who would prefer a refund instead of account credit can contact us by opening a support ticket, and our team will process the request.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We will continue monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as soon as normal network access is restored.
